Penguins forward Mike Comrie underwent successful hip surgery and is expected to be sidelined for three-four months. The surgery was performed in Vail, Colorado by Dr. Marc Philippon.

Sidney Crosby scored his 28th goal of the season and extended his scoring steak to 22 games as the Penguins rolled over the Florida Panthers 5-2 at the Consol Energy Center Wednesday night.
