Luptak, filling in for injured star Dane Jackson, capped an excellent night with the last second TD.
The game was a back and forth affair, with Keystone Oaks taking a late 19-18 lead on a Koby Phillipi pass to Leo Miller with 2:18 remaining before Quaker Valley began their deciding drive.
The first half was back and forth as well, but it was the home team who drew first blood as Kobe Phillippi scrambled for a 6-yard score to put Keystone Oaks ahead 7-0 late in the first quarter.
Lupak made his mark early, hitting senior receiver Chris Conlan for a 54-yard TD. The two-point conversion missed and the score was KO 7-QV 6.
It didn't take long for Lupak to strike again, as he found junior WR Blake Lipke for a 25-yard scoring strike and the visitors took a 12-7 lead into the half.
Keystone Oaks marched right down the field in the second half and took a 13-12 lead before the fourth quarter theatrics set in, leading to the exciting finish.
