Jabarie Hinds scored 19 points and Kevin Jones added an 18-point, 12-rebound double-double to lead West Virginia to a 77-56 victory over Akron Monday night at the WVU Coliseum.

Nov. 28, 2011 should be remembered as the date that introduced the rest of the college basketball world to Jabari Hinds.

West Virginia overcame two fumbled punts and a 20-7 deficit to win what could be the final Backyard Brawl -- at least for awhile -- by scoring the final 14 points to beat Pitt 21-20.

Morgantown—Some are calling it the last Backyard Brawl.

If it is the last one, it is certainly one that the Pittsburgh faithful would like to forget.
