Jon Baldwin was the first local product off the board with the 26th pick of the 2011 NFL Draft. The Pitt wideout will be heading to Kansas City to pair up with incumbent receiver Dwayne Bowe.

Baldwin, the 26th overall pick, becomes the Panthers’ third first-rounder in the past five years.

A head coach for five years, Todd Graham has made his name with “high-octane” offenses and stifling 3-4 defenses. After as one-year stint as the head coach at Rice in 2006—where he coached the Owls to a 7-6 record and reached the R&L Carriers New Orleans Bowl—Graham moved on to Tulsa.

He took the Golden Hurricanes to three bowl games—winning two of them—in four seasons, compiling an overall record of 36-10.

It is anticipated and inevitable. When a new coach comes in, bringing with him entirely new staff and schemes, there will be a turnover with incoming recruits. And when you go through two new coaching staffs in the span of a couple weeks, that turnover becomes an all-out evacuation.
