February College Basketball Games to Watch

Pitt tries to salvage a disappointing season, while West Virginia attempts to put together a strong finish for the NCAA Tournament.

Pitt at Duke
February 4, 2017 1:00 p.m. CBS at Cameron Indoor Stadium
The struggling Panthers will have another huge road test as they travel to Duke to get back on track in conference play. Whether Grayson Allen will be on the floor remains to be seen, as the Duke star cannot stay out of on-the-court trouble. Either way, the Duke Blue Devils will be a major challenge that could either jump-start a fading Pitt season or put a final nail in the coffin.

Maryland at Penn State
February 7, 2017 6:00 p.m. Big Ten Network at the Bryce Jordan Center
Penn state will try to pick up a signature conference victory as they take on the surging Maryland Terrapins at home. Young guards Shep Garner and Tony Carr will try to slow down the backcourt of Melo Trimble and Anthony Cowan.

West Virginia at Kansas
February 13, 2017 9:00 p.m. ESPN at Fog Allen Fieldhouse
In the rematch of WVU's 85-69 victory on January 24th, the Mountaineers will try to go for a season sweep of the Jayhawks. Forward Esa Ahmad will try to repeat his 27-point performance from the last meeting, where he got the better of super frosh Josh Jackson.

North Carolina at Pitt
February 25, 2017 12:00 p.m. ACC Network at the Petersen Event Center
In a critical home matchup toward the end of the regular season, the Tar Heels will come to Pitt try to to claim back-to-back ACC regular season titles. The matchup between Michael Young and Justin Jackson will be one to watch for as Pitt tries to avenge their close loss in Chapel Hill in late January.

West Virginia at Baylor
February 27, 2017 7:00 p.m. ESPN U at the Farrell Center
In another conference rematch, the Mountaineers will travel to Waco, Texas, to take on the Baylor Bears. The Bears' short-lived status as the No. 1 team in America was spoiled by WVU on Jan. 11. Forward Nathan Adrian led the charge with 22 points, 6 rebounds and three steals in their last meeting.
