The Class of 2015: PSR Top 25. Headlined by Central Valley playmaker Jordan Whitehead, Pennsylvania's Class of 2015 have made plans to attend 13 different programs.

It was a banner recruiting year, at least on paper, for Penn State coach James Franklin. Ten of PSR's top 25 seniors are headed to Penn State. Pitt landed just three, as the Panthers lost three in the final month of recruiting.
