Philadelphia baseball legend Mike Schmidt has launched his own wine label. "Schmidt 548 Zinfandel" is now available in stores across Philadelphia and southern New Jersey. All proceeds support The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Suggested retail is $18.99.

Mike Schmidt 548 Zinfandel is produced by Eos Estate Winery out of Paso Robles, California. The label is part of the 500 Home Run Club Wine Cellars line and numbered to signify his career home run total. Banks 512 Chardonnay and Murray 504 Cabernet are also part of the set.
